What is the rental period for your tables and table cloths?
Our standard rental period is 24 hours, but we can accommodate longer or shorter rental periods depending on your needs. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How do I care for the table cloths during the rental period?
We recommend that you treat our table cloths with care to prevent damage. Please avoid using candles, open flames, or hot surfaces on the table cloths, and do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. If you need to clean a spill, please use a mild detergent and cold water. We also recommend that you do not iron or steam the table cloths, as this can damage the fabric.
Can I pick up my rental items or do you offer delivery?
We offer both pickup and delivery options for our rental items. If you prefer to pick up your items, please visit our warehouse during our business hours. If you would like us to deliver your items, please contact us to arrange a delivery time and date. Please note that delivery fees may apply.
What happens if I damage or lose a rental item?
We understand that accidents can happen, but we do charge for damaged or lost items. If you damage a rental item, please contact us immediately to report the damage. We will assess the damage and charge you accordingly. If you lose a rental item, please contact us and we will charge you the full replacement value of the item.
Can I cancel or change my rental order?
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate changes to your rental order. However, please note that we have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order within 72 hours of the rental date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that cancellation fees may apply.
